Green Knights Open Spring Season at Loras Invite

PEOSTA, Iowa - St. Norbert College opened the spring portion of the 2015-16 men's golf calendar with an eighth-place finish at the Loras College Duhawk Spring Invite at Thunder Hills Country Club.

The Green Knights covered the 36-hole tournament in 236-350--666. Wisconsin Lutheran College won the meet with a 312-309--621. Wartburg College's Hunter Giesselmann was the medalist with a 74-77--151.

Alex Okray led St. Norbert with a 77-84--161 to finish in a tie for 23rd place. Nick Mueller tied for 26th place with an 84-79--162.

Eric Bagg tied for 36th place with an 84-87--171, while Joe Scherer tied for 38th place with an 81-91--172. Ben Socha tied for 47th place with an 86-90--176.
