Green Knights Finish Third at Lake Forest Invite

ROCKFORD, Ill. - St. Norbert College finished in a tie for third place at the Lake Forest College Forester Spring Invite held at Aldeen Golf Club.

The Green Knights finished with a 317 to tie with Benedictine University for third place out of 17 teams. Carroll University won the event with a 308 while Monmouth College was a stroke behind at 309. Benedictine's Jordan Velez was the medalist with an even-par 72.

St. Norbert's Ben Socha finished in a tie for fourth place with a 74. Ben Bobinski was tied for 20th place with a 79.

Joe Scherer finished tied for 26th place with an 81, while Tony Arnold was tied for 42nd place with an 83. Nick Mueller closed out the Green Knights' scoring with an 85 to finish in a tie for 54th place.
