Tilley Announces Incoming Recruiting Class for 2016-17 Season

DE PERE - St. Norbert College women's basketball coach Connie Tilley has announced 10 high school standouts have announced their intention to attend school this fall and play for the Green Knights.

Macie Zurfluh, a 5-foot-7 guard from Wisconsin Rapids Assumption High School, was a first-team all-state selection in 2016 and was an honorable mention all-state choice in 2015. Zurfluh helped Assumption to WIAA state championships in 2013 and 2016 and state runner-up finishes in 2014 and 2015.

Sarah Wiseman, a 5-foot-10 forward/guard from Appleton West High School, was a first-team All-Fox Valley Association choice in 2016.

Carley Frauenhoff, a 5-foot-6 guard from West Aurora (Ill.) High School, is the first female 12-time letterwinner in her high school's history. She was an all-conference selection in 2015 and 2016. Frauenhoff also participated in tennis and softball at West Aurora.

Jackie Ostojic, a 6-foot-2 forward from Maine South (Ill.) High School, is a three-time most valuable player of the Serbian National Basketball Tournament.

Hannah Ciesielczyk, a 6-foot forward from Oak Creek High School, helped the Knights to WIAA state tournament appearances in 2014 and 2016.

Sara Winkel, a 5-foot-7 guard from Kiel High School, was a first-team All-Eastern Wisconsin Conference selection in 2016.

Sarah Neumann, a 5-foot-11 forward from Franklin High School, was an honorable mention all-conference honoree.

Hayley Winzenried, a 6-foot guard/forward from Green Bay Preble High School, also plans on competing in track and field for the Green Knights.

Hannah Gibbons, a 5-foot-9 guard from Eau Claire Regis High School, was an all-conference selection for the Ramblers in 2016.

Rachel Schmidt, a 5-foot-7 guard from Whitefish Bay High School, was an honorable mention all-conference choice for the Blue Dukes in 2016.
