Green Knights Place Seventh at UW-Oshkosh Invite

OSHKOSH - St. Norbert College posted a seventh-place finish out of 10 teams at the UW-Oshkosh Titan Classic at Oshkosh Country Club.

The Green Knights scored 355-369--724 at the 36-hole tournament. St. Norbert's first-day score of 355 marked the second-lowest team total in school history. The score was just shy of a 354 turned in on Sept. 22, 2009 at Royal St. Patrick's Golf Links.

UW-Oshkosh won the tournament with a 321-326--647. The Titans' Kayla Priebe won the individual title with a 76-76--152. St. Norbert entered a "B" team into the tournament, with that quintet posting a 387-388--775.

Amy Holzer led the Green Knights' "A" squad with an 88-89--177 to finish in a tie for 23rd place. She was matched by Taylor Obry, who finished with a 91-86--177 to lead the "B" team.

Jessica Dyksterhouse finished with a 92-89--181 to finish in 30th place, while Amy Smits had an 87-96--183 to finish in 33rd place. Elizabeth Bobinski had a 92-95--187 to finish in a tie for 38th place, while Kelsey Motto had a score of 88-100--188 to finish in 42nd place.
