DULUTH, Minn. - St. Norbert College couldn't crack the scoring column and lost a 2-0 decision to St. Olaf College in the first game of the College of St. Scholastica's Advantage Emblem Cup.

The Oles snapped a scoreless stalemate in the 57th minute when Eric Frank scored on a scramble off a corner kick. St. Olaf added an insurance marker when Tylor Rosera scored in the 64th minute on a header off a corner kick.

St. Olaf held an 8-6 advantage in shots but had a decisive edge in corner kick opportunities at 9-1. Ben Braman made three saves for St. Olaf to post the shutout. Sam Lisheron started and went the first 69 minutes for the Green Knights, while Josh Koleske made one save in just over 21 minutes of relief.

St. Norbert faces No. 2-ranked Loras College in its second game in the Advantage Emblem Cup at 3 p.m. Sunday.
