Green Knights Lose Twice to Nationally Ranked Foes

APPLETON - St. Norbert College lost a pair of matches to nationally ranked opponents at the Lawrence University double dual at Alexander Gym.

The Green Knights (4-6) lost a five-set heartbreaker to No. 23-ranked UW-Oshkosh 25-9, 25-23, 22-25, 22-25, 15-9 and then fell to No. 10-ranked UW-Stevens Point 25-18, 25-11, 25-18.

St. Norbert hit .170 against UW-Oshkosh, registering 54 kills against 26 errors in 165 attempts. Anika Johnson had 13 kills, while Hannah Johnshoy and Halie Ferry had 12 kills apiece. Ali Rueter added 11 kills. Anna Berghoefer had 25 assists, while Emily Rohloff had 18 assists.

Aubree Antosch had a team-high 26 digs, while Jaisah Lee added 21 digs. Ferry hadd 19 digs. Lexie Van Hiel had five blocks, while Johnson and Berghoefer had four blocks apiece. Lee also had four service aces.

Against Stevens Point, St. Norbert was led by Ferry's five kills. Rohloff had 10 assists and Berghoefer had eight.

Antosch had 13 digs, while Van Hiel had two blocks.
