Green Knights Drop Pair to Nationally Ranked Opponents

WHITEWATER - St. Norbert College lost a pair of matches to nationally ranked opponents when it fell to UW-Whitewater and Christopher Newport University, both by 3-0 scores at the UW-Whitewater Tournament.

The Green Knights lost to No. 14 Whitewater 25-13, 25-15, 25-19 and then lost to No. 13 Christopher Newport 29-27, 25-23, 25-14.

Halie Ferry had 12 kills to lead the Green Knights against Christopher Newport. Hannah Johnshoy and Lexie Van Hiel had eight kills apiece. Anna Berghoefer had 19 assists while Emily Rohloff added 15 assists.

Aubree Antosch and Emily Rohloff had 11 digs apiece.

Against Whitewater, Ali Rueter had four kills to lead the Green Knights. Berghoefer had 10 assists and eight digs.
