St. Norbert Sweeps Lake Forest

GREEN BAY - St. Norbert College posted a season-high third-consecutive win with a 3-0 victory over Lake Forest College in a Midwest Conference match at Schneider Triton Center.

The Green Knights (9-13, 4-1 MWC) topped the Foresters 25-21, 25-18, 25-14. St. Norbert rallied from a 6-1 deficit in the second set and then trailed 12-8 in the third set before going on a 12-0 run to take control.

St. Norbert hit .198 for the match, netting 38 kills and 18 errors in 101 attempts. Halie Ferry had 10 kills, while Ali Rueter added nine kills and Anika Johnson eight kills. Emily Rohloff had 20 assists and Anna Berghoefer 12.

Aubree Antosch led the defense with 17 digs. Rueter added 10 digs. Johnson, Rueter and Lexie Van Hiel all had three blocks apiece.

Antosch also had four service aces. Ferry served St. Norbert's 12-0 run in the third set.

Lake Forest hit .073 with 27 kills and 20 errors in 96 attempts. Paige Jespersen had a team-high seven kills.
