Green Knights Place 22nd at NCAA Midwest Regional

WINNECONNE - St. Norbert College placed 22nd out of 33 teams at the NCAA Division III Midwest Regional at Lake Breeze Golf Club.

The Green Knights scored 624 points. North Central College was the regional champion with 37 points, while UW-Eau Claire was the runner-up with 91 points. UW-Platteville's Ian LaMere was the individual champion by covering the 8-kilometer course in a time of 24:02.

Riley Boyce led St. Norbert's effort with a 73rd-place showing in 26:22. Jacob Dickman placed 106th with a time of 26:54.

Ben Behling placed 140th with a time of 27:31, followed by Jacob Wittmershaus in 147th place in 27:38. Matt Holloway was 158th with a time of 28:05.

Andrew Hebbring finished in 166th place in 28:23, while Sam Holt was 172nd with a time of 28:38.
