St. Norbert and Concordia Skate to Scoreless Stalemate

DE PERE - St. Norbert College and Concordia University Wisconsin skated to a 0-0 tie in a Northern Collegiate Hockey Association game at Resch Olympic Pavilion.

It is the third scoreless tie in St. Norbert history, matching games against UW-Superior on Jan. 22, 2011 and Lake Forest College on Feb. 27, 2016.

Leigh Grall posted 36 saves in earning her second consecutive shutout and the eighth of her career. Christina Pattengale made 24 saves for the Falcons.

Each team had power-play opportunities late, but couldn't convert. Concordia had a power-play chance bridging the final 41 seconds of regulation play into overtime. St. Norbert then had a full two minutes in overtime and the Falcons then had an advantage for the final 1:04.

St. Norbert was 0-for-4 on the power play while Concordia was 0-for-3.
