Green Knights Blanked By Bulldogs

ADRIAN, Mich. - St. Norbert College lost a Northern Collegiate Hockey Association game to Adrian College by a 4-0 score at Arrington Ice Arena.

The Bulldogs, ranked No. 3 in the USCHO.com Division III Poll, got a hat trick from Kristin Lewicki to power the victory. Lewicki scored the game's first goal and then added two markers in the third period. Sydney Smith scored Adrian's other goal.

St. Norbert had a chance to get to within 2-1 late in the second period but the Green Knights' Natasha Smith was turned away on a penalty shot at the 17:13 mark.

Adrian outshot St. Norbert 32-20. Brianna Kelly made 28 saves for the Green Knights, while Jade Walsh made 20 stops for the Bulldogs.

Adrian was 2-for-7 on the power play while St. Norbert was 0-for-5.
