Green Knights' 4x800 Relay Finishes 10th at Penn Relays

PHILADELPHIA - St. Norbert College's 4x800-meter relay finished in 10th place at the College 4x800 Relay at the 123rd Annual Penn Relays at Franklin Field.

The quartet of Brittany Kozlowski, Haley Joosten, Taylor Domro and Clarissa Jauregui turned in a time of 9:14.28. Princeton University's time of 8:49.00 won the event. St. Norbert was the top Division III school in the race and finished ahead of Division I schools UMBC, Marshall, South Carolina, St. Joseph's and VMI.

St. Norbert had a distance medley relay entrant at the 108th Drake Relays at Drake Stadium in Des Moines, Iowa. Hailey Ruplinger, Peyton McCauley, Maddie LeBrun and Abby Janto finished 17th with a time of 13:03.04.

The Green Knights also hosted their final home meet of the season, the St. Norbert Quad. St. Norbert finished in third place with 163.5 points.

Megan Cibulka won the 400-meter dash with a time of 1:03.95.

Hayley Winzenried won the 100-meter hurdles in 16.33 seconds, while Teagan Wernicke was second in 16.62 seconds. Wernicke won the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 1:10.58, while Nicole Barth was second at 1:11.49.

Sarah Parbs won the 3,000-meter steeplechase in a time of 11:53.59, while Alyssa Wegner was second at 12:15.85.

The foursome of Erin Lang, Barth, Cibulka and Tatiana Johnson won the 4x400-meter relay in 4:20.70.

Brianna Alexander won the high jump with a height of 4 feet 11 3/4 inches. Lang won the long jump with a distance of 16-7.

Kelly Heniff was second in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 20:03.78.

Kristina Herman was third in the shot put at 40-11 3/4.
