Domro Advances to Final of NCAA Outdoor 1,500-Meter Run

GENEVA, Ohio - St. Norbert College junior Taylor Domro advanced to the championship of the 1,500-meter run at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championship at SPIRE Institute.

Domro finished fifth in her preliminary heat with a time of 4:34.23 to advance to the 12-contestant final, which will take place at 11:25 a.m. CDT Saturday.

Emily Richards of Ohio Northern University had the the top preliminary time of 4:31.13.

Two other St. Norbert thinclads will compete Friday at the NCAA Championship. Samantha Morateck will compete in high jump at 9:30 a.m. CDT while Brittany Kozlowski will take part in the 800-meter run preliminary heats at 2:45 p.m. CDT.
