St. Norbert Opens Season at Midwest Region Invite

GALENA, Ill. - St. Norbert College opened the 2017-18 season with a tie for 27th place out of 35 teams at the Midwest Region Fall Invite at Eagle Ridge Resort.

The Green Knights completed the 36-hole circuit with 341-331--672. Edgewood College won the team title with a 313-307--620. Edgewood's Zach Hentrich won the individual title with an even-par 72-72--144, leading a field of 174 players.

Jack Markham led St. Norbert with a tie for 36th place, carding a 77-83--160. Dale Sinclair tied for 87th place with a score of 87-79--166.

Michael Durkin tied for 120th place with an 88-84--172. Alex Grover and Jack Lund tied for 149th place. Grover finished with an 89-90--179, while Lund registered a 94-85--179.
