Graybill Seeded Second in NCAA 800-Meter Final

TERRE HAUTE, Ind - St. Norbert College senior Ashley Graybill earned the second seeding for the 800-meter final at the NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field Championship at Rose-Hulman Institute's Hulbert Arena.

Graybill ran a time of 2 minutes 13.65 seconds to finish second in her heat. Illinois Wesleyan University's Mackenzie Clemens narrowly clipped Graybill at the finish line with a time of 2:13.63. Clemens will have the top seeding and the fourth-lane position in the final, while Graybill will be in lane three. The final is set for 3:35 p.m. EDT Saturday.

Graybill is aiming to become the first St. Norbert female individual national champion in 16 years. Laura Salm won the national indoor high jump in 1991 and 1993.
