KENOSHA - Jordan Schwanke's goal with 18 minutes remaining proved to be the difference as the St. Norbert College women's soccer team picked up its first win in 2009 with a 3-2 win over Viterbo University at Carthage College's Battle on the Border.

Schwanke scored unassisted at the 72 minute mark to snap a 2-2 tie. Brittany Kosobucki scored 1:01 into the second half to put St. Norbert ahead 2-1, but Viterbo's Rita Rabb answered less than two minutes later to re-tie the game at 2-2.

Stephanie Gatyas scored 9:13 into the match to give St. Norbert a 1-0 lead, but Viterbo's Lauren Neet scored at 23:01 to make it 1-1.

St. Norbert outshot Viterbo 14-12. Cara Tazioli made seven saves for St. Norbert, while Stephanie Stacey made nine saves for Viterbo.
