Dahl Places Second at Wisconsin Lutheran Invitational

HARTFORD - St. Norbert College senior Gabe Dahl placed second out of a field of 75 golfers to lead the Green Knights at the Wisconsin Lutheran College Invitational held at Washington County Golf Club.

Dahl fired a 150 over the two-day 36-hole tournament. Dahl fired a 72 on the first day and carded a 78 in blustery conditions on day two. Dahl finished two strokes behind medalist Michael Rieck of Carroll University, who shot a 148.

St. Norbert placed tenth among 15 teams at the tournament with a 675. B.J. O'Brien finished in a tie for 36th with an 86-80-166, while Arthur Mueller was 64th with a 90-90-180. Joe Stempski was 68th with an 89-93-182, while Joe Hansen was 73rd with a 99-90-189.
