Winning Streak Pushed to Seven as Green Knights Top Lake Forest

LAKE FOREST, Ill. - St. Norbert College won its seventh consecutive match with a four-set win over Lake Forest College in a Midwest Conference women's volleyball match at LFC Sports Center.

The Green Knights topped the Foresters 25-15, 21-25, 25-15, 25-13. St. Norbert now stands at 17-7 overall and 6-0 in the Midwest Conference.

St. Norbert hit .212 for the match, netting 40 kills in 137 attempts against 11 errors. Sarah Sulentic had nine kills, while Lauren Meehan and Danielle Remy each had eight. Laura Ayello totaled 27 assists and 17 digs, while Catherine Guido also had 17 digs. Danielle Remy added a team-high four blocks.

Lake Forest hit .073, and had 37 kills with 26 errors in 151 attempts. Cori Cooper had 12 kills and Molly McCloskey 11 for the Foresters. Deena Blanchard had 31 assists, and Megan Trubich had 20 digs.
