JACKSONVILLE, Ill. - Kevin Conrath scored two goals to lead St. Norbert College to a 3-1 win over Illinois College in a Midwest Conference men's soccer game at England Stadium.

The Green Knights improved to 10-4 overall and 5-2 in the MWC, while the Blueboys dropped to 4-9-1, 3-3.

Conrath opened the scoring with a goal off an assist from Eric Natwick just 7 minutes 28 seconds into the game, a marker which would be the game's only first-half goal.

Illinois College squared the match at 1-1 at 58:08 when Brian O'Connor scored unassisted. St. Norbert would retake the league at 66:26 on an unassisted goal by Conrath, his fifth goal of the season. Mike Burmesch would score his first goal of the year at 70:51 to salt the game away.

St. Norbert outshot Illinois College 19-3 and held a 4-1 advantage in corner kicks. Joe Schwartz did not make a save for St. Norbert, while Kevin Beermann had nine saves for the Blueboys.
