St. Norbert Hits Links at Beloit, Carroll Invites

SUSSEX - St. Norbert College hit the links for a pair of 18-hole invitationals this past weekend at the Beloit Invitational at Glen Erin Golf Club in Janesville and Carroll University's Invitational at Ironwood Golf Course in Sussex.
St. Norbert finished eighth out of 13 teams at Beloit with a 354, finishing 49 strokes behind champion Carroll's 305. The Pioneers then won their own meet on Sunday with a 292, as St. Norbert finished seventh out of nine teams with a 336.
Gabe Dahl led St. Norbert at Beloit, finishing with a seven-over 78 to finish six strokes behind medalist Eric Busalacchi of Carroll's 72. Joe Hansen shot an 89, while Alex Wagner finished with a 92. Arthur Mueller finished wtih a 95, while Joe Stempski also had a 95.
Dahl finished in fourth at the Carroll meet, finishing with a two-over 74 to finish in fourth place. Mueller shot an 84, while Wagner shot an 87. Hansen and Stempski both shot a 91.
