Dance Team Tryouts Set for April 26
Tryouts are Sunday, April 26, 2009 from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm in Schuldes Sports Center on the St. Norbert Campus. Tryouts start with a brief meeting in the classroom before moving into the gym.
Tryout requirements include:
Demonstrate dance taught at tryout clinic
Perform self-choreographed dance (approximately eight 8-counts long)
Demonstrate kicks, leaps (split, switch), toe-touch, turns (single, double)
Complete interview
A copy of the game schedule and other commitments will be provided at the clinic. The squad will be selected at the end of the tryout clinic on April 26.
If you are unable to attend the tryouts in person, tryout by video is an option. E-mail for details.
