Green Knights Get Several Strong Performances at Wisconsin Open
MADISON - St. Norbert College's men's track and field team received several solid showings at the University of Wisconsin Open at the McClimon Complex.
Dann Schneider was third in the 200-meter dash with a time of 22.12 seconds, finishing behind a pair of Wisconsin sprinters. Schneider was fifth in the long jump with a jump of 21 feet 10 inches.
Paul Leeman placed fourth in the high jump, clearing a height of 6 feet 2 inches.
Tony Grossman was fifth in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 59.25 seconds, while Ham Dowden added a fifth in the 800-meter run witha time of 2:02.62.
St. Norbert's 4x400-meter relay was third with a time of 3:34.61.
