Bethani Thibodeau

Head Coach of Women’s Volleyball

Bethani Thibodeau is in her seventh season as the head women's volleyball coach at St. Norbert College.

In Thibodeau’s six seasons, St. Norbert has fashioned a 142-57 record and won the Midwest Conference championship and appeared in the NCAA Division III Tournament three times each.

The Green Knights finished 24-9 overall in 2012 and placed second in the Midwest Conference with a 9-1 record.

St. Norbert went 26-8 in 2011 for its third Midwest Conference title and NCAA Division III Tournament appearance in four years.

The Green Knights fashioned a 30-4 record in 2008, and set a school record by winning 19 consecutive matches to start the season. St. Norbert went 24-10 in 2009 and went unbeaten in Midwest Conference play to secure the league title.

She is a 1998 graduate of St. Norbert and was a four-year letterwinner in volleyball and a three-year letterwinner in basketball for the Green Knights. She was a two-time first-team All-Midwest Conference selection in both volleyball and basketball.

Thibodeau spent eight seasons as the head girls’ volleyball coach at Notre Dame Academy in Green Bay. She led the Tritons to Fox River Valley Conference championships in 2000, 2001 and 2002. Notre Dame also won WIAA Division 2 regional championships in 2001, 2002, 2004 and 2006. The Tritons also claimed the West Division championship of the Fox River Classic Conference in 2007.
