Bethani Thibodeau enters her second season as the head women's volleyball coach at St. Norbert College.
Thibodeau led St. Norbert to a Midwest Conference championship during her first season. The Green Knights fashioned a 30-4 record in 2008, and set a school record by winning 19 consecutive matches to start the season. The Green Knights also appeared in the NCAA Division III Tournament, battling College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin champion Carthage College to five sets before dropping a first-round match.
She is a 1998 graduate of St. Norbert and was a four-year letterwinner in volleyball and a three-year letterwinner in basketball for the Green Knights. She was a two-time first-team All-Midwest Conference selection in both volleyball and basketball.
Thibodeau spent eight seasons as the head girls’ volleyball coach at Notre Dame Academy in Green Bay. She led the Tritons to Fox River Valley Conference championships in 2000, 2001 and 2002. Notre Dame also won WIAA Division 2 regional championships in 2001, 2002, 2004 and 2006. The Tritons also claimed the West Division championship of the Fox River Classic Conference in 2007.
