David Minten enters his second year as the head women's golf coach at St. Norbert College for the 2011 season.
Minten has recently served as the head boys' and girls' golf coach at De Pere High School. He led the Redbird boys to three-straight WIAA sectional appearances from 2008-2010 and the girls to back-to-back sectionals in 2009 and 2010.
Minten is a member of the St. Norbert College Athletics Hall of fame after a standout basketball career in the mid-1960s. He was also a long-time coach of various sports and athletics director at Abbot Pennings High School before serving the City of De Pere as its clerk/treasurer for 15 years.
