Erin Wood joined St. Norbert College as head coach of Women's Swimming in 2007. Before taking the position as head coach, she served as assistant coach at St. Norbert for the past three seasons.

With her experience as an assistant coach and her background as a former student and athlete at St. Norbert College, Wood is uniquely qualified to lead the women’s swimming program at St. Norbert College.

Wood is a 2004 graduate of St. Norbert with a double major in Spanish and international studies. Wood, a Green Bay native and a graduate of Bay Port High School, was a four-year letterwinner in swimming and was also the team captain.

Wood also has coaching experience with the Howard-Suamico StormBreakers club since November 1999.
