Matt Keesey has been named St. Norbert College's head men's tennis coach.
Keesey,
a 2010 graduate of UW-Green Bay, was a four-year letterwinner with the
NCAA Division I Phoenix and later served as an assistant coach for two
seasons. Keesey posted a 36-44 singles mark and a 34-47 doubles record
with Green Bay, and was 11-10 in both singles and doubles as a senior.
He was also a team captain with Green Bay.
Keesey,
a Northfield, Minn., native, was also a tennis instructor at the Edina
(Minn.) Country Club for six years, teaching private lessions as well
as coordinating junior group lessons.
