Women’s Track & Field Camps

As part of its commitment to community outreach and helping student-athletes reach their full potential, St. Norbert College offers a series of track and field camps. Here you’ll find motivational coaches to get you started; award-winning collegiate athletes to help you reach your goals; and an exhilarating environment to inspire you to be your best!

Fall
Pole Vault Camp
This camp is designed for high school student-athletes who have been involved in the pole vault for at least a year. Camp meets on three consecutive Wednesdays from late Sept. to the middle of Oct. As one of the only pole vault camps offered in the state of Wisconsin, we will refine your technique and help you improve in your upcoming season.

Winter
Track & Field Camp
Athletes can choose from individual technique sessions in the sprints, jumps, hurdles, pole vault and throws. You will receive individualized attention in your chosen event, and by analyzing your technique, you will get specific tips on how to turn your weaker areas into strengths.

Summer
Middle Distance/Distance Camp
Athletes who excel in the 800-meter run on the track up to the 4K or 5K in cross country can benefit from this overnight camp. Create friendships from all over the Midwest as you increase your summer base, improve your mobility and strength in the weight room, and get to know the St. Norbert coaching staff. Currently, St. Norbert athletes have captured four of the last eight 800-meter National Championships and have had multiple All-Americans and NCAA qualifiers in the 5k and 10K races and in cross country.
