Professional Profile
My interests focus on assessment and quality improvement in higher education, and value/supply chain management. I was the Social Science Division Chair (now designated as the Associate Dean of Social Sciences) from January, 1996 until June, 2003. I am a member of the Board of Directors for Faith Technology, Inc. (Appleton, Wis.) and Titletown Brewing Co.(Green Bay, Wis.),and currently serve as an Associate of Institutional Effectiveness Associates (Oxford, Miss.).

I spent the Fall 2003 semester on a sabbatical as a visiting scholar at the Grainger Center for Supply Chain Management, working with the executive director, Dr. John R. Nevin. I am now back to full-time classroom activities and participating as a member of the Faculty Personnel Committee.
