Alumni Profile: Nickolaus Barbian

Nick graduated from St. Norbert College in May of 2008 with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Communications.  While attending SNC Nick was an active member of the Delta Upsilon Fraternity and Untouchables Social Group, as well as working as the concert coordinator for Your Entertainment Services (YES!) and the housing intern for Residential Life.

In 2004 Nick started as an intern at Summerfest in Milwaukee WI.   He still returns for a few months every summer to work for the Entertainment Production Department at the world’s largest music festival.  In the summer of ’08 Nick joined the Jonas Brothers “Burnin’ Up” Tour on a trip that took him from Los Angeles to New York over a two month period.  After leaving the tour Nick accepted a stage manager position at the Fox Cities PAC where he is in charge of managing the daily production needs both onstage and backstage as well as coordinating the centers use for touring personnel.  

Starting in Fall 2009, Nick will be attending the University of Westminster in London to pursue his M.A. in Music Business Management.
