Alumni Profile: Nabali Bawa

After graduating from St. Norbert with a business administration degree, Nabali gained admission to Marquette University where he received his MBA with an emphasis in Finance in May 2000.

He returned to Ghana in June 2000, and in September obtained a job in with Gateway Services Ltd (GSL), a subsidiary of Cotecna Inspection. In 2003 he was sent to Nigeria with a team to establish a new subsidiary of Cotecna - Cotecna Destination Inspection, Ltd (CDIL). Since then he has been assigned to this subsidiary and has been promoted from Risk Management Manager to Operations Manager to Deputy Managing Director.

His current duties include: acting as Managing Director in the absence of the Managing Director; provides the Managing Director with support needed to implement strategies for the overall success of the contract; represent CDIL on various committees, and numerous other assignments.
