Alumni Profile: George Ermert

George provides public affairs support for Martin Schreiber and Associates. He specializes in policy research and analysis, media relations, and political strategy for the firm’s clients. He joined MS&A in 2007 following a position as campaign manager for the successful re-election of Racine County Executive Bill McReynolds.

George has worked with a number of Republican political campaigns, issue advocacy groups and coalitions in Wisconsin, and has implemented grassroots strategies and media relations plans for both statewide and local campaigns. This includes races for the U.S. Senate, Wisconsin Governor, Wisconsin Attorney General and the Wisconsin Legislature.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and philosophy from St. Norbert College. George is originally from Racine, WI.

George is a member of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) – Madison Chapter and serves on the Alumni Board for St. Norbert College.
