Andrew Flanagan graduated from St. Norbert College with a degree in Business Administration. Andrew is currently the owner and president of Andrew J. Flanagan Insurance Agency Incorporated in Chicago, Ill.

Andrew founded his business in 2004 after working for many years on the corporate side of the insurance industry. Upon graduation Andrew immediately began working for Allstate Insurance. Andrew’s main area of expertise was assisting in the development and implementation of Allstate’s web site and 24-hour customer service centers. Leaving the “security” of corporate America can be quite intimidating, but the rewards are well worth the extra work.

Andrew states, “In all honesty, I believe my St. Norbert College education prepared me for most of the challenges I have met thus far in my career. Early on, I was able to easily adjust to the very structured environment of a large corporation, and then change gears and tackle the 'outside the box' thinking required to run my own business.”

Presently Andrew enjoys personally assisting his clients to protect their assets and prepare for retirement. His agency has recently expanded to include a second location in Schaumburg, Ill.
