Lisa Gutierrez is a 1991 graduate with a  BBA.  After graduation, she spent time volunteering with women and children with domestic violence, and then interning for a U.S. Congressman.
 
After graduating from Chicago-Kent College of Law, she practiced law at the law firm of Hodges, Loizzi, et al, in the area of labor and employment, most specifically in the public sector with a focus on union contract issues and negotiations and harassment/race discrimination, representing management.
 
Realizing the relationship of legal compliance inside a company, Lisa transitioned to the human resources profession, working for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.  She began at their Ritz Carlton Chicago property in 1998 as Assistant Director of Human Resources.  In 2000, she was promoted to another property, Four Seasons Chicago, where she remained as Director of Human Resources until 2006.
 
In 2006, Lisa joined ATI Physical Therapy as Vice-President of Human Resources.  In her current role, she is responsible for creating the human resources function and overseeing it through the company's growth in the areas of recruitment, training, benefits, employee relations, and related compliance matters.
 
ATI Physical Therapy is a comprehensive orthopedic rehabilitation provider servicing patients in Illinois, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Maryland.  ATI specializes in research-based physical therapy, work conditioning/hardening, functional capacity assessment, sports medicine and performance, and women's health.  In 2007, ATI was recognized as the Best Physical Therapy Practice in the Nation by ADVANCE Rehabilitation Magazine.
