Caryn Harman graduated from St. Norbert College with a degree in International Business Language Area Studies (IBLAS). Having studied abroad in Santiago, Chile during her junior year at SNC, Caryn was able to experience an appreciation for other cultures and also achieve a proficiency in the Spanish language.

During her first two years out of college, Caryn worked in the Export Department as the Assistant Sales Manager of Sommer & Maca, a manufacturing/distributing company in Cicero, Ill. She was able to travel extensively throughout Latin America and the Caribbean conducting sales trips in such countries as Honduras, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Trinidad, Ecuador, Aruba and Peru.

According to Caryn, "it was hard to believe that I was in such an exciting role at age 22, and that it was actually something relating to my studies from SNC."

Currently, Caryn works in the sales department for Careerbuilder.com in Chicago which offers recruiting solutions to businesses across the country. She is ranked in the top 2% of the inside sales force and accounts for over one half million dollars in revenue annually.
