Alumni Profile: Jason Housh
Jason is a Supply Chain Management Consultant with Accenture in Chicago, IL.
Accenture is one of the leading providers of consulting and outsourcing services in the world. The company has experience and capabilities across most industries and business functions. Offerings fall under three platforms: consulting, systems integration, and outsourcing. The company has offices and operations in more than 200 cities in 52 countries. Jason has been providing Supply Chain and Project Management expertise to Accenture’s clients since 2005.
The consulting industry is a natural fit for Jason who craves a challenge and doesn’t aspire to hold a nine to five job. His most recent project puts him in Los Angeles on a weekly basis, leading a Fortune 500 energy services company in the strategic sourcing initiative of ~$90MM in capital equipment.
Prior to his work with Accenture, Jason worked with Baxter International and ConAgra Foods, both Fortune 500 companies. In these positions he held a number of positions ranging from financial services to warehousing and transportation business analysis. Jason also acquired his Project Management Certification at DePaul University in Chicago, IL.
Jason earned a Business Administration degree at St. Norbert College in 2001. While attending SNC he was a member of the college’s football team from 1997 – 2001. He humbly acknowledges a great deal of his personal and professional success is the result of the lessons he learned on and off the field at SNC.
In 2007 Jason and his wife Stephanie (class of 2003) moved to Madison, WI, where he will further his education in the Executive MBA Program at the University of Wisconsin. When he’s not traveling, working, or attending school you’ll find him cheering on the Badger football and hockey teams.
