Kelly Langenecker graduated from St. Norbert College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1997.  At St. Norbert, Kelly was involved in a wide range of extracurricular activities, including the CC Hams social group, WSNC-TV as a sports anchor, and the Green Knights dance team.  She also worked in Media Services and Leadership, Service, and Involvement as a graphic design artist.  Kelly credits her time at St. Norbert College for helping her develop writing and critical thinking skills that have helped her throughout her career.

After graduating from St. Norbert College, Kelly began her professional career as a recruitment specialist and assistant account executive for Hughes, Ruch, & Murphy Advertising Agency (now Versant).  Using her recruitment skills, Kelly joined Marquette University as an admissions counselor and Midwest Territory manager in 1998.  After almost three years at Marquette, Kelly joined the Greater Milwaukee Convention and Visitors Bureau (GMCVB) as a national account executive for government and sports marketing.  In 2003, she joined the World Allergy Organization as the Marketing and Communications Director, where she traveled extensively in the US and internationally.  Kelly re-joined the GMCVB, now VISIT Milwaukee, in January of 2005 and continues to promote Greater Milwaukee as a destination for national sporting events, conventions, meetings, and trade shows.   She was promoted to the Washington D.C. office in October 2006 and showcases the city of Milwaukee in our nation’s capital.

Kelly continues to keep her ties to campus as a member of the St. Norbert College Alumni Board and the President’s Task Force.  She also served on the board for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and the American Marketing Association.  Outside of her busy work and volunteer schedule, Kelly is an avid sports fan and competes in marathons and triathlons across the United States and internationally.  She currently resides in Washington D.C.
