Alumni Profile: Jessica (Novitsky) Brubaker
Jessica Novitsky graduated from St. Norbert College in 2005. She holds degrees in both Communication and Art with emphases on Communication and Graphic Design respectively.
As a manager in the management communications department at McDonald's USA, LLC,
Jessica works with McDonald's U.S. Leadership team to develop messages and
strategies to help align and drive the business. Her work includes development
and implementation of plans and materials to help align leaders of McDonald's
U.S. businesses around key initiatives including McDonald's Plan to Win.
Prior to joining McDonald's, Jessica spent four years with Insidedge, the
internal communications division of GolinHarris Public Relations and two years
practicing public and internal communications with Financial Dynamics. Her work
in these positions included development of strategic crisis and employee
engagement plans for Fortune 100 companies. Her expertise includes employee
engagement, leadership communications, strategic planning, crisis communications
and corporate branding and reputation.
