Mock Interview Relay for Teachers (MIRT)
MIRT is an annual event hosted by Career Services for senior education majors. At this event education majors take part in practice interviews with area school administrators and receive constructive feedback about their interviewing skills, develop confidence with the interview process and have the opportunity to network with school administrators. Each student will meet, individually, with three area school administrators, in 30 minute segments, take part in a typical teacher candidate interview and receive immediate feedback from the administrator.
