Professional profile

Katie Aluia is a Junior here at St. Norbert College and is majoring in Biology while also pursuing a minor in Philosophy. Apart from her studies Katie is also a member of the Women’s Hockey team and was one of the players on the inaugural team in 2010. She is from Detroit, Michigan and really enjoys going to school in a different state and really taking advantage of learning greater responsibility through working in the Career Services Office.

After St. Norbert Katie plans on attending Chiropractic College and hopes to pursue a career in holistic and chiropractic care and one day run her own practice. She has been an athlete since childhood and would love to continue her life after college promoting general health and well-being. If she really had her way though, she would become a professional singer; she has been singing since she was very young and still enjoys singing in her spare time including singing the National Anthem at some of the Women’s Hockey games. She loves to smile and is always looking for opportunities to grow and become a better person.
