This self-paced, career guidance tool will assist you in self-assessment and career exploration. Users of Focus learn to make more realistic decisions about their goals and plans, how to self-manage their careers and the importance of adaptability in these times of change.

As of July 2008, Career Services has updated the version of Focus being used.  If you were a Focus user on the previous version, you will need to create an account on the new version and will have the opportunity to import your data from the old version.  Please contact Career Services if you have any questions.   

If you are a new user, you will first need to create your own personal account. Once you have an account, you may login and use it whenever you wish. After using Focus, you are strongly encouraged to make an appointment with a Career Services counselor to discuss your results and to learn about office resources and services that can help you.
