Intern Profile: Ahmed Chahdi
Since November of 2006, I have interned at Schneider National, Inc. in Green Bay. Throughout my time at Schneider National, I have been exposed to several areas in the corporate business environment, which has allowed me to apply my education at St. Norbert College to real world experience. My position with the Commercial Performance and Operations team comes with a large amount of responsibility, as I am key in supporting the many full-time associates within my department.
This past summer, I was able to “kill two birds with one stone” by getting college credit while making some much needed money working at Schneider. I conducted a study which involved the pricing methods Schneider practices, and how they relate to basic economic principles. It involved writing a lengthy paper, a presentation to my team members, and a reflective paper of my experience this past summer.
Overall, I have really enjoyed my time with Schneider National, and I would definitely recommend any student to get involved with their great intern program!
