Intern Profile: Kerri Frake
As an intern for Enzymatic Therapy, Inc. I was exposed to incredible mentors and hands-on education. The Knowledge and Innovation Team that I worked closely with all summer helped introduce me to the field of natural medicines and dietary supplements. Their patience and guidance elevated my confidence and skill in brainstorm sessions, creative writing assignments, and various advertising and PR projects.
From the accessible and welcoming management/leadership team, to the out-of-office activities and friendships I made, I cannot find one negative aspect to my internship experience. I was exposed to creative, medical, and journalistic writing assignments, team brainstorms and collaborations, as well as leadership opportunities.
As a Communication major and English minor, I felt like my education from St. Norbert was truly put into practice. With this internship opportunity I was able to further define what I want in the future: open communication, creative freedom, and the ability to help others while having fun. I hope to continue with Enzymatic Therapy in the future!
