My internship experience at Schreiber Foods has been a great
way for me to combine classroom experiences with the working world. In addition to exposure to the accounting
profession, I also learned how to build professional relationships and
effectively communicate with others.
While my internship at Schreiber was a continuation of previous
internship experience with Fox River Fiber, both offered different looks into
my future career and the options that are available for accounting majors. After only interning with the company for six
months, I interviewed for a full-time position within the company and am
starting full-time a semester before graduation. My accounting career would not
have been jump started in the manner it has without my internship experiences
to draw upon and sell myself with.
