Intern Profile: Jordan Vater
I entered this internship with the hopes of finding out whether or not I was cut out to be in the crazy world that is sports journalism. What I have found is a learning experience that is far beyond what can be taught in the classroom. Getting out and doing hands-on work with actual equipment, networking with people that are in the business, and seeing what it takes to work in a very competitive job market are only a few of the great opportunities I have had. I would never have gained the knowledge and experience I now have in the field of sports journalism without participating in such a rewarding internship! |
