Theresa Refsguard joined Career Services in January, 2012 as Office Manager.
She began her career at SNC in September 2009 in College Advancement as
Administrative Assistant for the St. Norbert Fund, Corporate & Foundation
Relations, and Planned Giving.  Her professional background includes
fourteen years at local Catholic schools, serving as Administrative
Assistant to the Principal at Notre Dame Middle School and Secretary to the
Principal and Associate Principal at Notre Dame Academy.

Prior to her work in education, Theresa's corporate roles included Executive
Secretary for Shopko's Vice President of Human Resources, Administrative
Specialist at Foth & Van Dyke, Executive Secretary to the Administrator at
West Side Clinic, Divisional Secretary at H.C. Prange Company.

Theresa attended the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, and has taken
courses at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College and the University of
Wisconsin-Green Bay.

Theresa resides in Green Bay with her husband Eric, and is the proud parent
of three grown sons, Zachary, Paul and Christopher.
