Accounting Major:
The Accounting sequence, 32 full courses (128 semester credits), results in a four year B.B.A. degree which prepares students to work in organizations such as service, banking, and manufacturing.
In order to take the CPA exam and work as a Certified Public Accountant, students need 5.5 additional courses (22 semester credits). The Accounting sequence is structured so that students can complete the additional requirements by taking summer courses, one or two additional semesters, overload semesters (over four full courses), or some combination.
