International students should consult with the Director of the IBLAS Program in their freshman year to discuss their specific course requirements. Normally, they take four courses from the following list to become more familiar with the American culture. Alternatively, international students could choose a modern foreign language, different from their native language, and study abroad in a country where their target language is spoken.
