Professional Profile
Rosemary Sands has been with St. Norbert College since 1993, where she has served in various capacities relating to International Education. She was named Director of Study Abroad in June 2002. Previously she was an adjunct and visiting instructor in Modern Foreign Languages, teaching both Spanish and Italian, and she also served as Director of Undergraduate International Education from 1996 to 1999.
As the Director of Study Abroad, her favorite part of the job is witnessing the effect that a semester abroad has on her students in terms of broadening their horizons, making them more self-assured and mature, and helping them to view the world through the eyes of a global citizen.
