The classical studies minor program is certainly not intended to be pre-professional but rather intellectually and culturally enriching, and a supplement to a student's major degree program. There are many possible career avenues for our minors to follow.

Of those minors who have graduated in the past eight years, most have gone on to pursue further graduate study in their major fields or in classics in the hopes of attaining positions in teaching, museum work or field research. For options, students are encouraged to consult with the Director of Classical Studies or with any of the classical studies faculty.
