Wisconsin's New Voter ID Law Starting in 2012, voters will be required to show a photo ID such as a driver license or state-issued ID in order to receive a ballot and vote. College IDs are also acceptable forms of ID, however they must have an expiration date and must not be valid for more than 2 years (SNC's student IDs do not meet this requirement). We are still gathering more details regarding changes in how St. Norbert College students will vote. More information is available from the state Government Accountability Board. Polling Location St. Norbert College and the surrounding neighborhoods are located in De Pere's 4th Aldermanic District. The polling location for this district is the De Pere Community Center, only three blocks from campus, at the corner of Grant and Sixth Streets (map). To get there, start at the corner of Grant and Third Streets (in front of Bemis International Center) and go west three blocks. The Community Center is on the right, just past the railroad tracks. You may also search for additional polling locations for surrounding areas. Election Results Election results are available for various levels of municipalities: |
